Thinking about getting pregnant and have questions? Issues with trying to conceive? In this visit we will review your medical history, lifestyle, diet, and stressors. Labs can be ordered if needed. After a thorough understanding of who you are we will make a plan to help optimize your health for conceiving and pregnancy

functional Well Women Packages

PCOS Program

This is a 6 month program with deep dive labs, lifestyle and supplement protocols that build step by step over 6 months ,personalized based on your labs. 

This includes a monthly one on one consult and check in to guide you through the program to help you reverse PCOS

Mental wellness with functional labs and nutrition

This package includes working with our nurse practitioner as well as our functional dietitian to get to the root cause of mood disorders

Fertility Program

This program is focused on preparing the best biochemistry in the body for conceiving and building a little human in. This starts with deep dive labs that will follow with a consult to discuss a realistic time frame for conception based on your desires but taking into account how much you'd like to work on before conceiving based on lab results
